Unlimited Wash Plan Terms of Service
I authorize Ocean State Car Wash to charge my credit card the full amount on the selected interval basis, minimum one (1) month. I understand this automatic charge will remain in effect until I cancel my Unlimited plan.
Ocean State Car Wash must have three (3) days’ notice of cancellation before the next billing cycle. No refunds for mid-interval cancellations. I understand that Ocean State Car Wash may cancel this plan at any time if the credit card is declined or is invalid. Ocean State Car Wash has the right to change the billing rate with 30 days’ notice.
Unlimited Club is for personal use, with a limit of one wash per day. Not for taxis, limousine, dealership or commercial use. Plan cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets, or gift cards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this program and specific memberships at will, at any time.
Tampering with Unlimited Club sticker(s) could result in cancellation of wash plan.
I understand that I will be charged the full amount for the selected interval, until cancelled.
OSCW Tunnel Disclaimer
We highly recommend inspecting your car prior to arriving to OSCW and going through the tunnel to see if anything is loose (antenna, windshield wipers, license plate, etc) and could potentially come off of your vehicle while in the tunnel. OSCW is a safe car wash, using modern, well-maintained soft touch wash equipment. However, we cannot take responsibility for:
· Loose chrome, moldings, antennas, mirrors, license plates/frames, trim parts
· Non-factory-installed parts and accessories
· Carrying racks
· Decals, pinstriping
· Convertible soft tops
Open pickup truck beds must be free of objects/debris and we are not responsible for snow/ice removal.
Gift Card Policies
Ocean State Car Wash gift cards are redeemable for Ocean State Car Wash services only. Payments will be deducted from the car balance until the funds are depleted. Card may be reactivated or have funds added. This card may not be redeemed or refunded for cash / monetary value. Ocean State Car Wash cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed towards Unlimited Monthly Wash plans.
